Community Leadership & Nonprofit Impact

Role: Former Volunteer & Mentor
Earlier in my career, I was actively involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters, supporting mentorship-focused initiatives centered on youth development and community engagement.
Through that involvement, I mentored a young girl from Taylor, Michigan, for three years, providing consistent guidance, support, and encouragement during critical developmental years. This experience reinforced a long-standing commitment to mentorship, service, and leadership beyond the workplace.
Role: Founder & Executive Director
I founded C.R.E.A.M. (Cash Rules Everything Around Moms) to support and empower mothers through financial literacy, access to resources, and community-driven education.
C.R.E.A.M. is currently in the building and development stage, with a focus on establishing strategic partnerships, programming, and long-term sustainability. This initiative reflects my continued commitment to leadership that extends beyond corporate environments and creates meaningful, long-term community impact.
